• Supplements and other medications should be taken either several before or several hours after Questran use.
• Women who are nursing, pregnant, or trying to become pregnant should not use this product due to vitamin deficiency concerns.

The most common side effect by far is constipation. Barring other medical issues, in most cases constipation can be prevented by increasing daily fluid intake.
